After you’ve listened to the inner journeys, maybe several times, you may like to practise visiting these stars without the recordings.  Give yourself time (perhaps longer than when you are using the recordings) to become centred and relaxed.  Inwardly welcome these stars and the beings you have met there, sense the sea of connections and invite your guide or your soul to help you. Use the inner spaces you can access with the help of these beings to deepen your understanding of yourself, your purpose and your relationship to all that this Galaxy is. Let understanding grow by letting go of the need to understand; allow yourself to explore without expectations. Let mystery be a part of your experience that you can be comfortable with.
