Everyone is different, so your experience will be your own. Sananda and many loving beings of light will be transmitting frequencies of light tailored to your own needs and purposes. The aim of the course is to help you develop your heart centre especially, so that you may find your innate qualities of unconditional love flow more fully, easily and joyfully.

No. Each of the Teachings from Sirius courses is complete in itself, but you may enjoy and find benefits in studying them all.
