‘Clear Mind’ is a space that has its own distinct characteristics and in this session Sananda offers two routes there. You may find Clear Mind has an intensity of light that you haven’t experienced in Shared Mind. You are moving into a space in which it is easier to feel the influence of Angel Mind. This is suggested by the pathways Sanands uses. In each there is a moving beyond individual thoughts to a state from which thoughts might be considered to arise or in which all potential thoughtforms are equally available, so that none has precedence. In this way we might consider Clear Mind as a space in which we have moved beyond our own ideas or preconceptions and are therefore more open to angelic influence.

This does not mean that you will automatically find Clear Mind as a state in which no thoughts arise; you may still find your mind quite active. But you can use the skills Sananda is teaching here to include those thoughts into your process of  realising this state, tracing the thoughts back to their origin or letting their particular energies merge back into the energies of all thought.

Bear in mind that you may not satisfy your own need for mental rigour as you use these skills. For instance, your mind may doubt your ability to truly trace a thought back to its source. If so, include that thought too into the process and allow yourself to go with the energies Sananda is transmitting.

In our first inner journey Sananda uses the skill of following thoughts back to a single source as a pathway into the state of consciousness he calls ‘Clear Mind’.

Our second inner journey takes you on a different route to clear mind, using the centre a little above the crown and letting all possible thoughtform energies merge into a oneness.
