Congratulations on completing this course!

After you’ve listened to the inner journeys, you may like to continue practising these skills without the recordings. Give yourself time (perhaps longer than when you are using the recordings) to become centred and relaxed. Let yourself feel at ease with being an explorer. You don’t need to have all the answers; making it up as you go along may actually be a very way to proceed. Feel free to invite in help from your soul, your guide, the friends in the garden of love and the beings of light you have met, or any combination of these. Even if you do not immediately sense them, their help will be there for you whenever you ask.   

Practise observing what being kind to yourself feels like. Perhaps, rather than trying to figure out what kind choices you should make, simply notice when kindness (whether giving or receiving) happens, and then grant yourself permission to experience more. 

Move past your own opinions about yourself, both negative and positive, and allow your beingness or your divine self to direct your choices, even if you feel unsure about how to do that. Trust that the intention or wish is heard by that inner self, who will then help you to live it.

The garden of love you have been visiting is real, though in another dimension. You may like to invite the friends there to help you visit this beautiful space in your own meditations. They love to help and are very welcoming. They are also very honouring and respectful; this means that their presence is quiet and unobtrusive, so be patient and relaxed if you encounter uncertainty or doubts.
