Before the live session
To join each week’s live broadcast on Tuesday at 7 pm (UK time) go here or use the menu – Broadcasts > Friendship with Your Guide Live or Courses > Friendship with Your Guide Live. Use your passcode 1640 to enter the course room. There you will find further information to help you get the most out of each session.
After the live session
All this week’s course materials will be posted here, generally a day or two after the live session.
You will find:
- A video talk
- Two inner journeys to listen to or download
- Study notes to read or download
