The energies of Mizar are extremely dynamic and have a revivifying effect. It is as if this star soul does not recognise rejection or denial, for these are suppressions of vitality; its own aliveness has no belief in the absence of life. There can be a sense of excitement in relation to this star, without any intrusiveness but only an infectious desire to share the depth of delight it knows we also are capable of.
Paradoxically, the busyness or ‘fizz’ of this star’s energy can help us open to a deeper inner peace beyond knowing. The busy, dynamic quality is simply an open door to the richness and diversity of the All That Is and as we open that door within ourselves and deepen acceptance of ourselves and the Universe, so we pass into a continuing communion with Source that brings peace to whatever within us chafes against the perceived constraints of this reality.

What do I receive?
A 10 ml blue glass bottle and dropper cap containing natural mineral water and organic brandy as a preservative together with an information leaflet.
How to take the essences
The essences are designed to be taken by mouth a few drops at a time up to four times a day. You can take them undiluted or mixed with a drink. You can take more than one essence at a time. However you may find that more than three essences used together may feel a little too ‘busy’.
The principle of the essences
Each star is a being whose physical body is the brilliant sphere of light we see in the night sky. Its light communicates the energetic and spiritual qualities of that star. By focusing on a star we imbibe these qualities and strengthen them within us.
How the essences are made
The essences are made from distilled natural mineral water with organic brandy as a preservative. The spiritual light of the star is then channelled into each essence. You can read more here.

Astronomy
Mizar, in the constellation of Ursa Major, is one of the seven stars that make up the Plough or Big Dipper. It lies about 80 light years away and has a companion star Alcor that can be seen with the naked eye. But modern telescopes have revealed the Mizar system comprises six stars in total.
