Do I need to be an experienced meditator?
No. While some experience of meditation is helpful, trust that if you are drawn to this course, you can benefit from it. All you need is a willingness to set aside a little time for you in which you may relax into the inner spaces of your being.
Do I need to know about Sirius?
No. The course introduction and the notes give you some information about the star itself and the beautiful beings who come forward to help hold the spaces of light that Sananda guides you to explore.
What might I get out of this course?
Everyone is different, so your experience will be your own. Sananda and many loving beings of light will be transmitting frequencies of light tailored to your own needs and purposes. The aim of the course is to help you develop your heart centre especially, so that you may find your innate qualities of unconditional love flow more fully, easily and joyfully.
