Description
This course helps you to strengthen the connection between your heart centre and the Central Spiritual Sun. You will be guided to a great inner light temple within Arcturus and through that temple to the heart of our Milky Way Galaxy. Here immense pulses of light are emerging that bring waves of change through all of the star systems that make up the Milky Way.
Your Arcturian teachers will help you to develop connection points within your heart centre that resonate with this light pulsing from the Galactic heart, so that you may enhance that aspect of your being that brings healing, understanding and transformation to the earth plane. In this way it becomes easier to witness the light of the Central Spiritual Sun in all beings, and so you may find your experience of love for everyone in your life is deepening.
You will also be guided to bring this light to further awaken the light within your head, so that you may know more of the Divine Plan for the Galaxy and connect with Galactic Presence – the consciousness that has drawn all of these stars together. You can come to recognise your own mental body as a holographic map of Galactic love moving into expression and you may find an increased sense of illumination.

Do I need to know about Arcturus?
No. The course introduction and the notes give you some information about the star itself and the beautiful beings who come forward to help hold the spaces of light that Sananda guides you to explore.
How long are the inner journeys?
Most of the inner journeys in Heaven on Earth courses are between 20 and 30 minutes long.
