Joining a live online course
We currently use Demio, a third-party platform, to host our online courses. Follow these instructions to join your course:
- When you sign up for an online course you will receive a registration link by email.
- Important – Please use this link to register.
- 24 hours before the course you will receive an email with your personal link and simple instructions for joining your course. You will receive a reminder email 1 hour before the course starts
- Click on the link the join the course.
- You can use any of the most widely-used browsers: Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer 11, Safari or Edge.
From 1st January 2020
All live online courses from 1 January 2020 will use Zoom, a third-party platform that permits sharing between small groups of participants. This will facilitate exploring and practising more fully some of the skills Sananda will be teaching. Follow these instructions to join your course:
- The free web browser client that enables you to join a live course should download automatically when you join your first Zoom course. You can then use this software every time you join a course.
- We recommend downloading it beforehand, so that you have time to become familiar with it. If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, download here. If you are using an Android phone or tablet, download here. If you are using an iPhone or iPad, download here.
- Chrome is the recommended browser as it supports the largest numbers of options.
- You can also use Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0 or higher, Safari 10.0.602.1.50 or higher, Firefox 49.0 or higher.
- When you sign up you will receive a confirmation email with the unique ID that enables you to sign in and join your course.
