The course consists of four inner journeys, with introductory talks and study notes. The recordings call be downloaded individually as mp3 files or all together as a zip file. The notes can be downloaded as a pdf file in either A4 or US Letter format for you to print out if you wish.

Do I need previous experience?
No. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator you are welcome to join this course.
Do I need to have taken previous courses in this series?
No. Each course in this series is complete in itself.
What might I get out of this course?
The aim of the course is to help you know a peaceful mind. It will offer skills to help you quieten the busyness of mental activity and release habitual thought patterns. Everyone is different, so your experience will be unique to you.
What is the difference between joining a live course and listening to a recorded course?
In many ways they are the same: you receive the same transmissions whether listening live or to a recording, for Sananda is aware of you whenever you join in the inner journeys.
