Helping Humanity 5: Over the Bridge of Light - Lightwork
Opening a medium of transition between the earth plane and the next dimension of being
This course extends Over the Bridge of Light, introducing additional skills that help you explore more of your relationship with the planetary gridwork of light of which you are part and connecting more consciously with dimensions beyond the solar home. You will be helped by the gateway angels as well as by the gridwork of light to allow bridges of light to develop into a continuous medium of transition that may be used by those who, whether at the end of a lifetime or temporarily, are leaving the earth plane.
Sananda writes:
One day you will leave this life, for no one stays here forever. You live in a world of change, and leaving your physical body is one of the beautiful changes you make. Though what lies beyond this life may be mysterious, like any wise traveller you can prepare, and in doing so you are helping create new paths of light to ease the journey all of humanity makes.
Course materials
The course consists of three inner journeys with introductory talks and study notes. The recordings can be downloaded as mp3 files or a single zip file. The notes can be downloaded as a pdf file in either A4 or US Letter format for you to print out if you wish.

The Helping Humanity series offers skills for helping to evolve human consciousness by coming together with others on the inner planes and sharing your gifts for the benefit of all of humanity. In using these skills you are assisting yourself as well, for all the help you offer others you also give to yourself. Some of the skills focus on healing. Others sow seeds of light and establish new ways of cooperating with one another that will develop over time.

Each course in this series is complete in itself, but each of the Lightwork courses are linked to the course of the same title, e.g. Healing History – Lightwork builds on the Healing History course.
What might I get out of this course?
The course teaches skills of service; you are helping all of humanity in our process of spiritual evolution. At the same time you are helping yourself, for your soul will guide you to developing or healing what is also relevant to your personal growth. You may find that this course enlarges your sense of humanity’s journey and your place in that journey.
What is the difference between joining a live course and listening to a recorded course?
In many ways they are the same: you receive the same transmissions whether listening live or to a recording, for Sananda is aware of you whenever you join in the inner journeys.
