The star Vega has a resonance with the patterns of vibration that make up our human presence. It is as if the star has a greater understanding than most for what it actually feels like to be a human. Some of the underlying structures of energy that enable us to take on form to live on the earth plane are present in the consciousness of the star. This course may help you to accept yourself exactly as you are and to recognise more of the love that lies behind all things.

The course consists of one inner journey, with an introductory talk and study notes. The recordings can be downloaded as mp3 files or together as a zip file. The notes can be downloaded as a pdf file in either A4 or US Letter format for you to print out if you wish.

Do I need to be an experienced meditator?
No. Trust that if you are drawn to this course, you can benefit from it. All you need is a willingness to set aside a little time for you.
Do I need to know about the stars?
No. Each inner journey is introduced with background information on the stars in relationship to astronomy, mythology and spiritual qualities. The notes contain further information, including how to find each star in the night sky.
How long are the inner journeys?
Most of the inner journeys in Heaven on Earth courses are between 20 and 30 minutes long.
What is the background music to these journeys?
