The Power of Prayer

The girl I channel here has a beautiful, brilliant light. She comes across as very strong and clear, and full of love. I have the impression she is only about seven years old, but of course also a very evolved, or ‘old’ soul. 

I am a girl growing up in India. I am teaching my friends the power of prayer. This is what I teach them. First of all I remind them that they are the still centre of the Universe. Then I tell them there isn’t anything but love. I hold their hands and look into their eyes when I tell them this, so they know it’s true. I tell them, “Whatever you want in your life, breathe it in. That brings it into your Universe. Say thank you, thank you, thank you all the time. When you stop breathing in look in your heart and see how beautiful what you wanted is. Then breathe it out and let it go, saying thank you, thank you, thank you all the time.” That’s what God does, only the other way round. God breathes us out, saying thank you, thank you, thank you, and then sees how beautiful we are, and then breathes us back in saying thank you, thank you, thank you. If you want something you have to let go of it first, that’s what I’m teaching people.

There’s another prayer game I’m teaching too. I tell them when they love someone they are that person. And the one person that’s made out of two people who love each other have two lines of light that spiral round each other from the top of their head all the way to God. And that’s a prayer too that happens when people love each other. I tell them that they can go up that spiral to visit God any time. You just have to love someone and it doesn’t matter who. And when they love you too, it makes that spiral path to God and you can go and visit. There are twelve of us who join together in this way and we make one, and that makes a very special space that God comes into, and we feel very happy. Only when our hearts are joined together do they get big enough to hold God.
