Starlight
I have long been drawn to the stars, to their sheer beauty in the night sky and to their potential for helping us to live as our Higher Selves. Each star is a living being; the light of each star brings us unique gifts from the Source of All. As we consciously drink in this light it strengthens in us the qualities the star offers us in abundance.
The light of the stars has been used in this way before. Long ago, in Atlantis there were sleep chambers with domed revolving roofs, something like our astronomical observatories. At the beginning of the night apertures in the roof would be opened to let through the light of those stars deemed most helpful for the sleeper. The light of these stars would be focused on the sleeper’s bed in the centre of the chamber. Through the night the roof would revolve so as to track the stars as they travelled across the sky.
In our age interest in the potential of the stars themselves to assist us through their light is reawakening. In meditation we can visit the stars and begin to know their souls and the beings who live within their light.
