Welcome to the New Children - How it began

About ten years ago a friend phoned me up out of the blue and asked if I’d like to collaborate on writing a book for parents. Without hesitation I said, ‘Yes.’ Her suggestion had reawakened a long-held wish to do something to help the children of the world. This wish was born in my own childhood, when I found myself perplexed by how adults seemed to regard children as an alien species to be speculated about! ‘Can’t they remember?’ I would think to myself. Of course as an adult and father myself I understand now a little more of the mists that can fall between us and our own past.

When we met to discuss the project I found myself channelling a delightful being who explained that he was representing a very large group of souls who were preparing to incarnate over the next few years and were intending to bring with them as much of their light as possible.

He said that this group was looking for help to make the transition into this world as easy as possible, and they felt that helping parents to understand them as beings of light as well as helpless infants, was one valuable way of assisting.

All of this was some time before indigo children had become a familiar term, so that I found the upsurge in interest in children as sometimes highly evolved spiritual beings very confirming of the conversations I’d been having.

The project developed. My contribution was a series of guided meditations for parents as well as the channelled information I was receiving from this soul group. After a while I found my meditations going through a sea change; I felt that recorded, rather than written, meditations, with all the transmissions of subtle energies that recordings make easy, would be a better way forward. I also needed to grow in many ways before I felt truly ready to hold these energies with sufficient clarity and steadiness.

Now with Sananda I am recording a series of courses which teach skills of inner light for parents and all who are drawn to help the children of the world in this way. In 2008 I will also be holding a day in which Sananda will teach ways of connecting into the planetary gridwork of light to create a resonant field which is designed to help children stay aligned with Source and develop that alignment further.
