The courses I teach are all built around guided meditations and inner journeys, channelled from one of the beings of light I work with. I aim to create a supportive, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, where you may safely journey deep into the inner light of your own consciousness. Each course is designed to offer you joyful, effective and lasting spiritual growth.
