The courses I teach are all built around guided meditations and inner journeys, channelled from one of the beings of light with whom I work. I aim to create a supportive, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, where you may safely journey deep into the inner light of your own consciousness. Each course is designed to offer you joyful, effective and lasting spiritual growth and give you skills and tools you can use to help you live with joy.
