Starlight Essences

Introduction
The principle behind the Star Essences is simple. Each star is unique, radiating a unique set of light frequencies into the Universe. These frequencies of light exist not only in the range that can be detected with the naked eye or physical instruments, but also at much higher frequencies that can be felt as subtle energies with the intuitive senses. Each star is a living being whose physical body is the brilliant sphere of light we see in the sky. The light it radiates communicates the energetic and spiritual qualities of that star. By focusing on a star we imbibe its spiritual qualities: the frequencies it radiates strengthen those same frequencies in us.

Many of these stars have, or have had in the past, beings living in their energy fields (just as we can be said to live within the energy field of the Sun) who are following a similar evolutionary path to our own. Often such beings wish to help us and so use the light of their star as a way of transmitting their wisdom, their love and their support to us. Part of the underlying purpose of these essences and the beings who have come together to share in their creation is to welcome us back into our galactic family and to help us appreciate ourselves as multi-dimensional beings.

How to choose the right essences for you
You can use the Key Qualities above as a simple way of identifying some of what each star offers. These are a guidelines only - any star will offer far more than can be summarised in a few words - so you are encouraged to use your intuition and inner guidance as well. If there are other methods of supporting your intuition you like to use, such as dowsing, you may find these helpful too.

How to use the essences
The essences are designed primarily to be taken by mouth a fewdrops at a time. You are unlikely to need to take drops more than three times a day. You can take them undiluted or mixed with water or other drinks. They can be used in other ways too, added to a bath or mixed with oils or lotions applied to the skin for instance. Taking a few drops of its essence before sleep may help you to deepen your connection with a star.
If you wish, you can take more than one essence at a time in combination. You may find that more than three essences used together at the same time can feel a little too ‘busy’, but there are no hard and fast rules about this.

The Essences
Each essence is made of natural mineral water with organic brandy as a preservative and is held in an attractive blue glass bottle with a dropper top for ease of use when taking orally. Each is accompanied by a leaflet describing the star, its mythology, qualities and suggestions for its use. The essences are £6.95 per 10cc bottle.
